Toby Fountaine

Toby qualified as a solicitor in 2008, joining Fisher Meredith as Head of the Private Client Department in 2010.

Toby works mostly in the Richmond office but regularly sees clients in the Kennington office, or at home or their place of work.

Toby handles all aspects of personal tax and estate planning, trusts, wills and probate. Toby also has experience in drafting and registering powers of attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.

He has set up and advised charities in relation to obtaining or changing their charitable status and constitution.

Toby has lectured in media and journalism law and would be pleased to take any enquiries in relation to these areas. He also advises on unregistered and rural property and any unusual property problems.

Toby is a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce legal forum which helps promote legal services for local individuals, businesses and charities.
