Matthew joined Fisher Meredith’s Property Department in June 2010 having qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
He specialises in residential conveyancing for high value properties offering a discrete and highly personalised service for clients.
Matthew deals with the following areas of law and has particular expertise in dealing with time constrained transactions:
- Buying and selling residential & commercial property
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of Equity
- Re-mortgages
- Equity releases
